Fallon Benefits Group was founded by Steve Fallon. Prior to founding Fallon Benefits Group, Steve spent more than 20 years with Hamilton Dorsey Alston Company, which became part of a national brokerage firm. Steve's entrepreneurial spirit and personal business philosophy led him to create an employee benefits firm which prioritizes high-touch, personalized client services, valuing long-term relationships above all else.
